ExternAI provides access to autonomous AI Agents, APIs, and web-based interfaces for various business and personal use cases. These services may involve processing your inputs through large language models (LLMs) provided by OpenAI, Anthropic, and other third-party providers.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform
• Use our AI Agents to generate, transmit, or disseminate harmful content (e.g. spam, misinformation, deepfakes)
• Abuse or exploit system vulnerabilities

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, models, documentation, designs, and AI Agents are the intellectual property of ExternAI or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or republish any part of the service without prior written consent.

6. Usage Limitations

ExternAI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or performance. Access may be restricted or interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected issues. The platform is provided "as is".

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The AI-generated outputs provided by our Agents may contain inaccuracies or errors. They should not be relied upon as professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExternAI is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses due to reliance on AI outputs
• System downtime or data loss

You agree to use the platform at your own risk.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users via email or platform notification.

These Terms may evolve as the ExternAI platform expands into emerging technologies, including but not limited to LLM development, multi-agent orchestration, Web3 integrations, and decentralized AI infrastructures.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms or misuses the platform. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of London, UK.

11. Feedback & Improvement

By submitting feedback, suggestions, or usage data, you grant us the right to use this information to improve our AI Agents and platform, including for retraining or optimization purposes.

12. AI Output Disclaimer

Our Agents may generate content that is surprising, inaccurate, or biased. AI responses do not represent human views and are not reviewed in real time. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using any output.

13. Third-Party Tools & APIs

ExternAI integrates with third-party services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, PostHog, and payment providers including Stripe and Airwallex. By using the platform, you acknowledge that interactions involving payments, API calls, or analytics may be subject to these providers' own terms and privacy policies.

ExternAI is not responsible for system failures, delays, or data handling practices of any external service provider. Users are encouraged to review the terms of each third-party service when applicable.

We may expand our integrations to include additional third-party providers. The applicable terms of such services will be disclosed as needed.

14. Data Usage & Anonymization

We may process and store your inputs to improve agent performance. Where possible, inputs are anonymized and stored temporarily. See Privacy Policy for full details.

We do not use personal user inputs for model training without explicit consent, and we do not fine-tune third-party LLMs using your identifiable data.

15. No Reverse Engineering

You may not attempt to deconstruct, extract logic, replicate, or build derivative models or systems from any part of our Agents or platform.

16. Payments & Subscriptions

ExternAI offers paid features or subscriptions which may be processed via third-party providers such as Stripe or Airwallex. Payment processing, billing, refunds, and related activities are subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

ExternAI does not store full credit card information and is not liable for failed transactions or data breaches originating from external payment systems.

17. Optional Enhancements & Future Tech Notices

• Multi-Agent Collaboration: Some use cases may involve interaction between multiple AI Agents.
• Autonomous Behavior: Agents may act semi-independently based on past context.
• Memory Use: Agents may personalize responses using memory systems, within privacy-safe parameters.
• Web3/Blockchain: In the future, ExternAI may integrate with smart contracts or decentralized networks. Usage may be subject to additional terms.
